Females Pick Pockets

from attn:

It’s absurd that women’s pants don’t have pockets.

This may be an example of Poe’s Law, an Internet adage which states that, without a clear indicator of the author’s intent, parodies of extreme views will be mistaken by some readers or viewers for sincere expressions of the parodied views.

It however caught my attention.

Is it in human nature to find discomfort and request or demand change? Is it a specific part of female nature to do this, which has driven society in certain ways to many improvements. For example as pointed out by Stefan Molyneux, men developed labour saving devices for housework before air scrubbers for coal mines. The incentive to fulfill others needs is not innately negative.

That being said, when it comes to the level of ‘absurdity,’ in this video again assuming this isn’t a joke… is it low IQ? People so comfortable this is an actual issue worth their time? They really aren’t angry but just want to say something? Narcissism?I am at a loss to find actual reasons, if there are any.

No to small pockets are not the cause of purses, nor are purses a cause for increase in crime (which has been dropping). In the past and present the sort of people and women that more commonly wear dresses, there is likely a higher chance that they would just simply adjust the pocket size on their own…but in a time where many don’t even wear jeans long enough to have them naturally tear In favor of strategically pre-torn pants, the demanding designers provide them with larger, purse and crime reducing pockets should be expected.

I am sure that any day now some entrepreneurial woman will swoop in and create her all female company to fill this market demand that the Patriarchy has created in its dastardly chauvinistic way. Any day now…
