Public Provided Solutions to Public Produced Problems

Pointing out a problem does not mean you do not want a solution. Offering to provide a solution does not mean the problem has been solved. We need and want things. We often share those needs with others and require the participation of others to meet those needs. But seldom can they be solved by solutions entirely dictated by others.

Think of a few examples of public sector services that compete with private sector ones.
