LAW ≠ ORDER.

We have had laws since two sentient humans chose to coexist in a particular location for any given time. Whatever society you may be reading this from, almost certainly has laws that you are subject to. Does order only enforced due to laws or does the desire to reenforce order create a need for laws that deal with the occurrence of chaos? Police are enFORCEment agents of the State and will be as just as unjust as the laws and structure that they enforce.
